We provide blast freezing and plate freezing facilities to fish and meat processors along with fresh and chill facilities. Blast freezing is a rapid form of freezing which minimizes damage and preserves food at a higher quality, for a longer period of time, compared to other freezing methods. In addition, we offer plate freezing facilities for produce that demands contact freezing like shrimp, PUD and varieties of sea cod (fish).

Foods which fall under this category include apples, carrots, beets, eggs, dry fruits, oranges, sweets, and more. Lots of butter, yeast, dry fruits, sweets etc. are stored by large institutional customers primarily for distribution in Kolkata and Howrah. The chilled materials processed within the companies is also stored in these cold storages.
